Who I am

I am an educator, researcher, and facilitator with experience across Canadian and international educational and community settings. My work is grounded in reflective dialogue, inclusive learning, compassionate listening, and creating spaces where people feel heard, respected, and connected.

Through reflective conversation sessions, workshops, and community-centered facilitation, I aim to support meaningful learning, thoughtful engagement, and human connection across diverse personal, educational, and community contexts.

The Work I’ve Been Drawn To

I hold a Doctor of Education in Education Leadership and have worked across higher education and community settings in both Canadian and international contexts. My experience includes teaching, facilitation, educational programming, inclusive learning initiatives, and community engagement.

Over the years, I have worked with students, educators, faculty members, and community groups through workshops, dialogue-centered initiatives, mentoring, and reflective learning spaces. Much of my work has focused on inclusion, belonging, intercultural engagement, and creating environments where people feel respected, supported, and connected.

Alongside my academic and professional work, I have become increasingly interested in the importance of reflective and compassionate human connection — especially during times of transition, uncertainty, and change.

Thank You for Being Here

What Guides My Work

I believe meaningful learning and human connection begin with presence, curiosity, and respectful dialogue. Whether through one-on-one reflective conversations, workshops, or facilitated group spaces, my approach is grounded in empathy, thoughtful listening, and creating environments where people feel safe to reflect, explore ideas, and speak openly.

I am particularly interested in creating spaces that are calm, inclusive, culturally responsive, and grounded in human dignity. My work is informed by educational leadership, adult learning, reflective practice, and experiences working across culturally diverse settings and communities.

Rather than offering quick solutions or rigid formulas, I value thoughtful conversation, collaborative reflection, and the understanding that people carry complex experiences, stories, and ways of making meaning.
